This training program is designed to enhance leadership and management within your organization, focusing on leadership styles, team management, decision-making, and related topics. The learning objectives are to develop leadership qualities and management skills within our organization. This course focuses on such topics as Leadership style, Problem solving and decision making and how that impacts your management and leadership within your organization.
The Week 1 focus is the Fundamental understanding of management and leadership. We help participants understand what type of leadership style they have and how that could impact the overall productivity of the organization. We will cover what effective team management looks like through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
